From conception to cooler, we’re finishing out premium Angus beef with excellent marbling, bright cherry red color, and unbeatable flavor. These are available for half and whole custom cut orders or for purchase by the package.
We are a four generation farm located in Elk, Washington. Our goal is to raise high quality, affordable beef for our friends and neighbors using feed ingredients we grow ourselves. It’s our family feeding calves fresh milk and mixing alfalfa haylage and barley for our steers every day.
When you purchase beef from us, you support a dying breed – family farmers. You also fill your freezer with the best beef you’ll find in the Pacific Northwest. We have returning customers all over, from Seattle, Spokane, Deer Park, Newport, North Idaho. Even families in Montana, Hawaii and California have our beef as the centerpiece of their meals.
