Please keep in mind you may need to bring your own tables, chairs, etc. to fit the designated space.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Set up hours:
Thursday 5-8
Friday 10-3.
Vendors must participate in both days (Except for small batch fresh baked goods). You will be contacted if this is your category.
$150 vendor fee due upon application approval. Sept. 1 deadline. Can be paid by cash, check or Venmo
You will hear back from us if you have been approved. If you don’t hear back, you can consider that a thank you for applying, but unfortunately we do not have the space for the goods you make at this time, or there’s too much overlap. Also, we are trying to curate a fresh shopping experience since we’re in our fourth year.
Darilane Farms strives for a specialized market experience. If you are creating multiple types of goods, please be aware we may require you to keep some of those out of the market (for example, we have a major overlap in earrings and we don’t want to shut out vendors out who sell only earrings). We appreciate displays that have some variety, yet simplicity should be the overall aesthetic.
We are prioritizing homemade, from scratch, and original work. We would love functional pieces, food items, and booths for men to peruse.
We are looking for more outdoor trailers/booths this year. Let us know if that’s you.
Food vendors of any kind - you must have the appropriate WA State licenses to sell your products (cottage licenses included).
Please turn in photos of any item you would like to sell. All types of goods must be approved by the hosts before selling. There will be a $50 fine for selling unapproved goods.
Space sizes are varied slightly due to the layout of the venue, but all booth spaces cost the same. We will need to know the height of your displays. You will need to bring your own table/displays/etc.
If you request to change your booth space on set up day or during the market, there will be a $100 fee for logistical changes if the move is absolutely needed.
We will do our best to accommodate, plan ahead appropriately and help you to be successful!
We will do our best to feature every vendor on social media, however it is not guaranteed that we will. Please be our mouthpiece on social media and spread the word!
