Please keep in mind you may need to bring your own tables, chairs, etc. to fit the designated space.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Set up hours:
Thursday 5-8
Friday 10-3.
Vendors must participate in both days. (Except for small batch fresh baked goods. You will be contacted if this is your category.)
$100 indoor vendor fee due after application approval. Oct. 15 payment deadline. Can be paid by cash, check or Venmo.
Spaces are $100 each. Exact size of each booth is not 100% consistent across spaces due to the different areas of the barn. It’s approximately an 8x10 space but we do not guarantee that. We try to place you where you and the vendors around you will succeed the most. We are thankful for your understanding!
You will hear back from us if you have been approved as a vendor by October 5.
We are striving for a curated market experience. We will prioritise vendors selling handmade goods or products of original design (no Scentsy, boutique, etc.) If you are creating multiple types of goods, please be aware we may require you to keep some of those out of the market (for example, we have a major overlap in earrings and we don’t want to shut out vendors who sell only earrings). We appreciate displays that have some variety, yet simplicity should be the overall aesthetic.
We require you to turn in photos of any type of good you think you would like to sell. (i.e. if you make leather, clay and silver earrings, we require a photo with each of those. But if you only make clay earrings, 1 or 2 pictures of those earrings will be fine.) Keep in mind you can only submit 5 photos, so you may need to stage and group items in a photo for submission. All types of goods must be approved by the hosts before selling. There will be a $50 fine for selling unapproved goods.
Finally, we are excited to offer this festive vendor market as a way to celebrate the Christmas season. We look forward to holly jolly attitudes. Thank you for helping us make this Elk Christmas in the Country so magical!
